At Compliance Webinar Hub, we are committed to delivering high-quality, expert-led training. We understand that schedules change and situations arise, and we have designed this policy to be fair and transparent for all participants. Please read the following carefully before registering for any webinar.
Cancellations by Compliance Webinar Hub
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any live webinar due to circumstances such as insufficient registrations, speaker unavailability, or events beyond our reasonable control (including technical outages or natural disasters).
In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling by us:
- All registered attendees will be notified by email at least 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
- Attendees will receive a full refund to the original payment method, or may choose to transfer their registration to an equivalent upcoming session — the choice is always yours.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of notification.
Substitutions
If you registered for a live webinar but are unable to attend on the scheduled date, you may transfer your registration to a colleague or another person within your organization at no additional charge. Simply contact us at least 24 hours before the session start time with the substitute’s name and email address.
Cancellations by the attendee
If you need to cancel your own registration, the following terms apply:
- More than 7 days before the event: Full refund, less any applicable processing fees.
- 3 to 7 days before the event: 50% refund, or full credit toward any future webinar.
- Less than 3 days before the event: No monetary refund, but your payment may be applied as credit toward a future session.
⚠️ Important: To request a cancellation or substitution, please contact us as early as possible at support@compliancewebinarhub.com. Requests submitted after the session has started will not be eligible for refund or credit.
On-demand (recorded) webinars
Because on-demand webinars grant you immediate access to downloadable or streaming content upon purchase, all sales of recorded webinars are final. We do not offer refunds on recorded content once access has been granted.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchased recording, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue or, at our discretion, offer a replacement or credit.
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- The attendee missed the live session without prior notice to us.
- The attendee logged in but left the session before it concluded.
- Technical issues on the attendee’s end (browser incompatibility, firewall, poor internet connection, etc.).
- The attendee did not receive the joining link due to an email bounce, spam filter, or incorrect email address provided at registration.
- The purchase was for a recorded (on-demand) webinar and access has been granted.
- Duplicate purchase requests — if you believe you were charged twice, contact us immediately at support@compliancewebinarhub.com and we will investigate and hold the duplicate payment toward a future session.
How to request a refund
To initiate a refund or credit request, please email us at support@compliancewebinarhub.com with the subject line “Refund Request – [Webinar Name]” and include your full name, order confirmation number, and the reason for your request.
Policy updates
Compliance Webinar Hub reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
